I strive to ensure all clients are satisfied with the work delivered. However, due to the nature of freelance digital services, refunds are limited.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Before Work Begins: A full refund is possible if cancellation is requested before any work has started.
• After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed. Refund amount will be calculated fairly depending on project stage.
• After Final Delivery: No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are approved and delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after significant progress.
• Lack of communication or delayed responses from the client.
• Project scope changes mid-way through the work.
